In October of 2020, Temp-Con, LLC was given the Notice to Proceed to start work at Project Superbowl. Our scope of work included all shop drawings, BIM Design and Coordination, release and purchase of 78 RTU’s, 44 Smoke Exhaust Fans, 59 Louver Intakes, 13 Mini Splits and 8 HVLS Fans. This massive building sits on 32 acres of property. The building itself is over a million square feet.
