TriplePoint MEP and all entities within its group of companies do not accept unsolicited resumes or candidate submissions from staffing agencies, recruiters, or search firms.
Agency submissions will only be considered when (1) a valid, fully executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) or other approved written recruitment agreement is in place with TriplePoint MEP or an entity within its group of companies, and (2) the specific candidate submission has been expressly authorized and accepted in writing by a designated representative of TriplePoint MEP or the applicable group entity.
The existence of an agreement with any TriplePoint MEP group entity does not, by itself, authorize submissions to other entities or establish candidate ownership across the group.
Resumes or candidate information submitted without the required authorization and written acceptance will be considered unsolicited and will not establish candidate ownership, an agency relationship, or any obligation to pay placement fees, regardless of whether the candidate is subsequently contacted, interviewed, or hired.
TriplePoint MEP and all entities within its group of companies reserve the right to consider and hire candidates submitted outside these requirements without incurring agency fees or other obligations, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
