With around-the-clock card dealing and dice rolling, the Choctaw Casino & Resort never closes. Constructing a new high-rise hotel tower required a lot of collaboration and coordination with the project team to ensure the safety of guests and staff and working with a minimal laydown yard. The 21-story hotel expansion includes 1,000 guest keys, a swimming pool, and equipment yard. Through our design/assist efforts, we successfully delivered the project $3,000,000 under budget.
